Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use Subscription settings in your BotPulse account to cancel through the Stripe portal. Email us at support@botpulse.app if you need help.

My assistant shows an error

Email us at support@botpulse.app with your account email and a description of the issue. We’ll investigate and help you get your workspace back on track.

Can I export my assistant’s data?

Yes. Export it from Settings in your account dashboard.

Can I delete my account and assistant data?

Yes. Use Delete account and data in Settings to remove the assistant data, cancel your subscription, and erase or anonymize your account records.

I didn’t receive my magic link email

Check your spam folder. Magic links expire after 10 minutes. If it still doesn’t arrive, try again or contact support.

GDPR Compliance

BotPulse supports GDPR access and erasure rights from your account dashboard. You can export your BotPulse data as JSON or delete your account and assistant data.

Each assistant keeps customer data isolated, so deletion can remove assistant data before account records are erased or anonymized.
